How pneumatic differential slip shaft works?

The Pneumatic Differential Sliding Friction Air Shaft has 4 parts: The inner side axis, expandable air tube, Friction Bar and Friction Ring. 
The Rewinding Force ( Tension) could be controlled by changing the air tube pressure, they are synchronized. When the air tubes are inflated, the friction bars cause big friction to the friction ring, so the rewinding rolls are tight. 
But if the slipping balls on the friction rings get an extremity, the rewinding tension couldn't get bigger, the rewinding shaft slipping journey to its extremity, it will be useless for the rewinding. Accordingly, the remaining rewinding tension will be loose. And finished baby rolls get a loose tension.

Pneumatic differential sliding friction air shaft, as the main component of the slitter machine to complete the slitting of various materials. In the process of winding up, if the material thickness is uneven and the machine tension control is unstable, the coil material will be affected and the unwinding phenomenon and the tightness of the whole roll material will be inconsistent and the material will be damaged. The sliding air shaft and the air expansion shaft are the main body, and the central air pressure control is adopted to push out the three pistons inside the slip sleeve, thereby pushing each torque unit to expand outward, and setting each according to the inflation pressure. Normally, we don’t have MOQ request, except the rollers.

4.    What about the lead time for production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the type of our products. For powder clutch, powder brake, tension controller, load cell and edge position controller which is about 3-5 days. For safety chucks, air shaft and roller which need about 15-30days.

5.    What is the term of delivery?

We can arrange with EXW, FOB, CIF…etc. You can choose the most convenient one or cost-effective way.
