The pneumatic air caliper disc brake is widely used in high accuracy tension control and provides the torque control from 160-960 Nm. With min air pressure 0.1Mpa and max air pressure 0.6Mpa. It is widely application in processing industries, such as packing, tissue paper and corrugated paper.

Penumatic air caliper disc brake is used to clamp 6mm and 10mm thickness steel disc. This DBC pneumatic air brake is also actuated by air pressure, after inputting air source, then its up and down friction pads will clamp rotating disc and making rotating part stopped for next working process.
