It works with running speed up to 2000 mpm. With high domain expertise and profound experience, we offer optimum quality rubber expander, nonstick sleeved expanders with Teflon and tungsten carbide coated expanders and variable bow rollers. It is used as highlighted bowed rollers in paper industry to remove wrinkles efficiently. It is built to perform for full width of the web and even for out lateral tension of the web width.

It is extensively used to separate slit webs on winder. It effectively removes baggy centers and controls stack edges. It efficiently used in many levels of production procedure in paper industry. It is used before pope reel and before calendaring. It is also used before and after size press and slit. It is exclusively used for felt, coater, dryer and paper sheet cutters.
To reach such warp angle adjusting all rolls are supplied with bow angle adjusting worm-worm wheel gearbox with hand wheel and counter pedestal bearing block. By using of this which is possible to adjust the bow angle at 360 degree warp angle.
